Ticket is $55 (we have to have a TIPs certified bar tender to serve the beer and wine). This includes a BBQ meal, soda, water and 2 drinks (beer/wine). There will be a cash bar for more beer/wine probably at $2 per drink (we're trying to keep it at cost).

Right now the menu is BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork w/rolls, watermelon, cole slaw and mac & cheese. There will also be corn bread. The final menu could be adjusted slightly based on attendance.
The plan is to start set up at 11 and clean up by 6. People are welcome to come at any time. Right now we're planning the main food for 3. We're still working on the details for 'snacks'.
Right now we have picnic table seating for 80 with attendance around 70 that are currently saying they're coming or are maybes. It's a picnic so families can come too. We just need to know.
Nara Park has lots to do...people should bring chairs/blankets for sitting on lawn. There's a volleyball court, baseball diamond, beach and walking paths. We're going to try to find a speaker system so we can have music, even if it's just a Pandora station.
For those that want to meet after hours, the plan is to go to the Westford Regency bar after clean up. Pat has arranged with them to hold some rooms for our reunion at a rate of $125/night.
